Manager - Marketing Communication
Responsibilities:
Strategic Communication Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication plans aligned with overall business goals, incorporating PR strategies to build brand awareness and reputation.
- Identify key messaging and target audiences for different PR initiatives.
Press Release Development:- Craft compelling press releases announcing company news, product launches, partnerships, and other newsworthy developments.
- Ensure press releases are well-written, timely, and distributed to relevant media outlets.
Media Relations Management:- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and industry influencers.
- Proactively pitch story ideas and respond to media inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate media interviews and press conferences when necessary.
Crisis Communication:- Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address potential negative publicity effectively.
- Monitor media coverage and respond to issues swiftly and appropriately.
Content Creation:- Generate engaging content for various PR channels including press releases, company website, social media, and thought leadership articles.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications.
Reporting and Analysis:- Track PR metrics such as media coverage, impressions, and sentiment analysis to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on PR performance and identify areas for improvement.
