- We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Marketing Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and marketing, with the ability to create and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth.


- This individual will be responsible for overseeing marketing campaigns, managing sales targets, and ensuring the alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals and targets.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent execution and achievement of sales objectives.


- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads and support sales efforts. Track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics.


- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Provide

exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor

activities. Use this data to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.


- Brand Positioning & Awareness: Work to improve brand visibility and ensure consistent messaging across all

marketing channels. Develop strategies to enhance the companys reputation and awareness in the market.


- Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate closely with the sales team, product managers, and marketing team to align

goals, strategies, and actions to meet overall business objectives.


- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare reports on sales and marketing performance, analyzing the effectiveness of

campaigns and strategies. Provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.


Qualifications:


- 5+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.


- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, sales processes, and customer acquisition.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.


- Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM software, and marketing automation platforms.


- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
