Manager - M&A - Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare Sector

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance professional to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equity research or investment banking with a focus on the pharmaceuticals/healthcare sector. The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making by the top management.

Key Result Areas

- Finance Lead for strategic finance data analytics peers benchmarking, Competition strategy benchmarking,

- Execute/Project manage inorganic initiatives like M&As, Fundraising projects, Product Investment decisions, Business cases for New product development with all internal and external stakeholders

- Strategic Analytics: Analyse market trends, financial statements, & industry data to provide actionable insights.

- Fund raise : Support in inorganic initiatives: M&A activities & Fundraising Projects full cycle of deal process as per requirement. Supporting in dealing with Investment Bankers & Investor Relations.

- Drive streamlining of master data tables, to support any data analytics requirement.

- BD&L Business Finance: Financial analysis for organic & inorganic Business Development
