- As a Senior Manager - Business Development at Paysquare, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and building strategic partnerships.
- This role demands a strategic thinker with proven experience in consultative sales within the HR tech or payroll services domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation & Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals to acquire new clients and expand market share.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
- Lead generation through networking, cold calling, social media, and attending relevant industry events.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and proposing customized payroll and HR outsourcing solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
Team Collaboration:.
- Work closely with internal departments including Operations, Legal, Product, and Marketing to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the sales team.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings based on client and market needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in payroll outsourcing, HR services, or SaaS domains.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network in HR and Finance circles is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Willingness to travel as per business needs.
