Job Title: Manager Legal (Contract Drafting & Negotiation EMEA/UK)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled legal professional with expertise in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation, particularly in the UK and EMEA regulatory landscape. The role requires providing legal support to global business units, advising on compliance with financial services regulations, and managing legal risks in complex commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts and agreements.

- Provide legal advice on regulatory matters affecting business operations in the UK and EMEA.

- Support business units on day-to-day legal queries.

- Manage relationships with external counsel, where required.

- Contribute to the development of standardized legal documentation.

- Advise on compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks (e.g., EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, SS2/21, DORA).

- Manage legal risk across commercial and financial services operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Legal qualification in a UK/EMEA jurisdiction or equivalent experience advising on UK/EMEA regulations.

- Strong background in financial services, investment banking, or related sectors.

- Proven track record in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.

- Knowledge of UK/EMEA financial services regulations.

- Experience in advising on financial services and investment-related legal issues.
