Manager Legal & Liaison (Fleet Management)
Responsibilities:
- This role involves handling permits, licenses, documentation, and legal formalities while supporting the company in regulatory and compliance matters.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure fleet registrations, permits, insurance, and tax documents are up to date.
- Government Coordination: Liaise with transport authorities law enforcement, and municipal bodies for approvals and issue resolution.
- Legal Support: Assist in handling penalties, disputes, and compliance-related concerns.
- Relationship Management: Build strong ties with police officials, vendors, and business partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Crisis Management:
- Address issues related to seized vehicles, accidents, or law enforcement matters.
- Handling court cases related to drivers and vendors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field (preferred).
- 4- 5 years of experience in liaisoning, regulatory affairs, or fleet management.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of transport laws, permits, and regulatory frameworks.
