Job Summary:
- Leasing Manager to lead the company's property acquisition and leasing activities within the region.
- Identifying and securing prime properties, managing leasing transactions, and supporting client-backed asset deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Property Acquisition and Leasing Transactions:
- Identify and evaluate potential properties for acquisition that align with company expansion plans.
- Negotiate lease terms and agreements with landlords and property owners to secure favorable conditions.
- Conduct due diligence on prospective properties, including financial analysis and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with real estate partners, landlords, and developers to facilitate back-to-back deals and expansions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company goals.
- Pre-Sales and Launch Phase Engagement: Assist in driving initial demand transactions during pre-sales and launch periods, working closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve targeted occupancy levels.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to support informed leasing decisions and property acquisition strategies.
- Lease Management: Oversee lease processes, including analysis, reporting, and financial assessments, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Relationship Building: Develop and sustain strong relationships with brokers, developers, clients, and key suppliers.
