Functional Responsibilities

1. Learning and Development - As a process owner for L&D she/he will be responsible to: Ensure that the L&D process is customized to the needs of the business and is overhauled periodically. The L&D process is executed appropriately with all quality parameters being adhered to. Nurture the L&D Leads in the BUs in managing the various stages of the L&D process smoothly and in bringing in progressive L&D practices to their BUs. Learning Impact Measurement and ROI on Learning initiatives is something that this role will spearhead. Partner the Corporate L&D team in undertaking new e-learning initiatives.

2. Leadership Development - Incumbent will be responsible to identify the leadership development needs and define short-term and long-term development plans. She/he should also be able to guide and mentor leaders to identify and address their development needs.

3. Organizational development: Undertaking various Org-wide and smaller system-wide OD interventions. This would encompass various ongoing Capabilities and Culture interventions too.

4. Dashboards, Reports: Ensure all dashboards and reports get published & circulated by the COE team as per agreed timelines. Capability building & providing subject matter expertise: The role would ensure capability building and provide the necessary subject matter expertise to all HR Heads, Leads, and as and when required leaders across on different people processes and the areas covered above.

5. Manager capability building: The philosophy that we are propagating is to drive all people processes through Managers of People. This role will lead the design and creation of content, building the modules and the facilitator guides, and coaching the facilitators (typically HR Heads & Leads) in delivering it effectively to their Managers and onwards.


6.Acquiring, enhancing and ensuring efficacy of Digital Systems: this role will work closely with the Corporate COEs and the Digital team in ensuring that all digital system requirements (new and existing improvements) of are met.

7. White papers, awards: ideating, conceptualizing, creating and publishing white papers for all our key initiatives. Participating for prestigious awards and giving it our best shot.
