Job Summary

The Learning and Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs that support employee development, enhance skills, and drive organizational performance.

This role partners with business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and deliver innovative training solutions that align with company goals and culture.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the organizations L&D strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and future workforce capabilities.

- Design, develop, and deliver learning solutions including classroom training, e-learning, workshops, and blended programs.

- Partner with external vendors and consultants when specialized training is required.

- Implement programs that build leadership capabilities, succession planning, and career development pathways.

- Support employee engagement and performance improvement through tailored learning initiatives.

- Manage learning management systems (LMS) and ensure effective use of digital learning tools.

- Drive innovation in L&D through gamification, mobile learning, and AI-driven learning solutions.

- Track and analyze the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs, feedback, and ROI analysis.

- Continuously improve training offerings based on data, industry best practices, and organizational needs.

- Work closely with HR, business leaders, and department heads to align L&D with organizational goals.

- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to managers to foster a learning culture.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.

- Experience with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and digital training solutions.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Analytical mindset with ability to measure learning effectiveness and impact on business outcomes.
