Experience - 3 - 4 years
Qualification - Post Graduation in HR or MA in Psychology/Sociology
Responsibilities -
- Work with business stakeholders to drive key performance metrics of frontline talent through learning solutions
- Track & measure business impact of learning interventions in line with business priorities
- Design innovative methodologies to drive capability building for higher productivity
- Build functional & behavioral capability of reportee to succeed in their current role
- Manage key stakeholders to help the reportee navigate through & deliver on their agenda
- Build systems & processes like in-house trainer pool and assessment frameworks that deliver a consistent & supportive learning experience.
