The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by driving consumer full funnel journey for a flagship brand of the category in the space of Nutrition.

Team: Yes one to two Assistant Digital Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, develop and execute entire digital marketing roadmap.
- Know how the entire ecosystem works; like identification of consumers online and target them for campaign via YT, social media.
- Getting the remarketing pool out of it and targeting for consideration built up followed by conversion (Building brand awareness to consideration to purchase).
- Ability to analyses data quantitatively and use research, data and metrics to back up assumptions, identify opportunities, and assess the efficacy of digital programs.
- Manage the day-to-day function of digital marketing, including Social Media, e-commerce, Digital Production, digital creative oversight and KPI tracking.
- Initiate accurate, timely content, creative, campaigns, Media across digital platforms while connecting with multiple vendors/agencies.
- Leverage understanding of the digital space and how it impacts consumer behavior, traditional marketing, and current offerings.
Skill/Education/Qualifications:
- Total desirable experience of 8-10 years in the Digital marketing of consumer facing brand.
- MBA Marketing from reputed Institute or a Diploma course in the space of Digital Marketing would be an add on.
- Worked in the core digital marketing team of a Nutrition/ FMCG/Healthcare company and driven a consumer centric brand/s.
- Should have handled an annual digital budget of ~5-7 crores.
- Moderate to high degree of knowledge in measuring things with google analytics, amazon pi, social media reporting & advance media reporting.
- Should have strong community marketing experience & community business model know-how.
- Experience in digital marketing space; creating and managing content marketing strategies, including the ability to orchestrate every detail and then measure results.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Good understating and experience in Digital Media planning.
- Understanding of e-commerce ecosystem and knowing how it works.
- Managing digital agency and getting the best out of it and track them with right KPIs and give them timely feedbacks.
- Coaching and subordinate involvement.
