Role Summary:

As Manager - Key Account Management (Grey Cement), you will be responsible for managing strategic client relationships, driving project-based sales, and ensuring growth and retention of key accounts in the grey cement category.

This role demands a deep understanding of institutional/project sales, customer lifecycle management, and cement industry dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Account Management (KAM):

- Develop and manage long-term relationships with key institutional clients and large-scale project customers.

- Identify and map key stakeholders within client organizations and maintain strong engagement.

- Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery, service support, and proactive problem-solving.

Project Sales:

- Drive cement sales through large infrastructure, real estate, and industrial projects.

- Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and builders to generate demand.

- Track upcoming projects and pitch relevant cement solutions in alignment with client requirements.

- Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics to ensure seamless execution.

Business Development & Revenue Growth:

- Develop tailored strategies for acquiring new key accounts and expanding wallet share in existing accounts.

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and margin targets.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with the technical, marketing, and finance teams to deliver customized solutions to key accounts.

- Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with credit terms.

Candidate Profile:

- Education: MBA from a recognized institution (mandatory).

- Experience: 8-15 years of experience in key account/project sales, preferably in grey cement or related building materials industry.

- Proven track record in managing large B2B clients and project-based sales cycles.

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
