Manager - IT Operation

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

- Manage the development and growth of the IT operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and effective performance.

- Conduct internal training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team, focusing on improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Oversee the strategic procurement of IT assets, including both software and hardware, and manage Capex and Opex budgets.

- Implement best practices in IT procurement to ensure cost-effective and efficient acquisition of technology resources.

- Ensure that IT operations are conducted efficiently, aligning with company goals and industry standards.

Must-Have Skills:

- SAP: Proficiency in SAP for managing and reporting IT operations.

- Strategic IT Procurement: Experience in sourcing and procuring IT assets with a strategic approach.

- Sourcing IT Assets: Proven track record in sourcing and managing IT hardware and software.

- Capex & Opex Management: Strong understanding of capital expenditures (Capex) and operational expenditures (Opex) in an IT context.

- IT Background: Solid background in IT, with a comprehensive understanding of technology and operations
