Leading client is hiring for Manager - IT Infrastructure & Support

Key Responsibilities

- IT Infrastructure: Design, implement, and manage WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, VPNs, enterprise Wi-Fi, servers, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Ensure high availability, security, and scalability.

- IT Security & Compliance: Lead cyber security initiatives, implement controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS), ensure compliance (GDPR), and manage incident response and audits.

- IT Operations & Support: Oversee IT support services, ensure quick resolution of issues, optimise support processes, and meet SLAs/KPIs for employees

- Vendor Management: Manage IT vendors

- Technology Strategy & Projects: Align IT infrastructure roadmap with business goals, lead key IT projects (network upgrades, cloud migrations), and continuously drive innovation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science/IT/Engineering.
