About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead infrastructure operations and strategy for a global organization in Canada. The role involves overseeing servers, networks, and systems while ensuring security, reliability, and scalability of IT services. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to manage both people and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.

- Develop and implement infrastructure strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Oversee system security, backups, and disaster recovery processes.

- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing mentorship and ensuring high performance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan infrastructure upgrades and projects.

- Monitor system performance and optimize infrastructure for efficiency and scalability.

- Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare technical and budgetary reports for senior leadership.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.

- Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and security protocols.

- Hands-on experience with system administration and enterprise IT tools.

- Proven leadership and project management skills.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

- Open to relocating to Canada.
