Manager - IT Audit
Experience Required: 6+ Years.
Notice Period: Immediate to 1 Month preferred.
Function: Second Line of Defense (2LoD) Audit Quality Support.
About the Role
We are hiring Experienced Managers for IT Audit to join our Second Line of Defense (2LoD) team.
In this role, you will provide real-time support and coaching to engagement teams before audit opinions are signed, ensuring the highest standards of audit quality.
This is a non-client facing role with no travel required.
You will work closely with partners and leadership, reviewing multiple projects simultaneously while contributing to practice initiatives and knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct coaching and technical guidance to engagement teams throughout the audit lifecycle.
- Review documentation (e.g., assessment of materiality, risks, significant accounts) and suggest improvements.
- Challenge and support teams on planned audit approaches in 2LoD focus areas.
- Ensure adherence to professional standards and internal quality expectations.
- Collaborate with Audit Quality Leadership on audit quality initiatives.
- Lead or participate in practice initiatives such as Learning & Development and Knowledge Management.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong expertise in ERP tools (SAP / Oracle).
- Hands-on experience (6+ years) in IT General Controls (Applications, Database, OS, Middleware, Networks) and IT Application Controls.
- Knowledge of IT Attestation (SOC1/SOC2) engagements.
- Familiarity with frameworks: COBIT, COSO, ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST.
- Understanding of Technology Risks & Controls in areas like Cloud, DevSecOps.
- Certifications preferred: CISA, CISSP, CIA, SAP/Oracle Security, Emerging Tech certifications.
The Ideal Candidate
- Extensive experience in IT Audit and audit quality support.
- Prior experience in client-facing/account management roles (advantage).
- Strong domain knowledge across at least two industry sectors.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and resilience under pressure.
- Integrity, work ethics, and ability to lead by example.

Work Mode: Work From Office (No travel).
