Manager - Inventory & Accounts

- Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and systems.

- Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.

- Monitor inventory movement and identify discrepancies.

- Manage procurement and replenishment processes.

- Forecast inventory needs and plan for seasonal fluctuations.

- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Accounts Management:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and efficiently.

- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.

- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

- Resolve discrepancies and address financial inquiries.

- Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary documentation.

Reporting & Analysis:

- Generate and analyze inventory and financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Provide regular updates and reports to management on inventory and financial performance.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience (specify desired years of experience, e. , 5+ years, 7+ years) in inventory and accounts management.

- Strong understanding of inventory control and accounting principles.

- Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
