International Sales Manager - Europe Region


Job Description:


Experience:

- 10-15 years of industrial sales experience

- Minimum 6 years in field sales with customer visits, cold calls, technical discussions, and negotiations

- Proven track record of international sales with direct field visits, negotiations, and closing deals in overseas markets (preferably Europe)

Essential Experience Required:

- Demonstrated success in achieving/exceeding international sales targets

- Strong background in engineering products such as compressors, pumps, valves, and heat exchangers

- Experience in handling Power, Oil & Gas, and EPC customers across India and Europe

- Excellent ability to conduct onsite visits, lead negotiations, and close high-value deals

- Not considered: sales experience in software, BPO, office automation, or allied instruments

Knowledge / Skills:

- Strong mechanical engineering knowledge with international field sales expertise

- Persuasive communication and negotiation skills with multicultural clients

- Business development acumen in India & European markets

- Team player with leadership/management capabilities

- Experience with DISC profiling / Thomas Profiling (preferred)

- Software Proficiency

- SAP

- MS Office

- CAD (preferred, not essential)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Drive international sales growth across India and European markets

- Solicit RFQs (budgetary and firm) from customers and ensure timely, accurate quotations

- Identify and develop new projects/customers through onsite visits, cold calls, and networking

- Deliver annual/quarterly sales targets consistently across international territories

- Prepare and submit comprehensive techno-commercial quotations (product selection, costing, pricing) with cross-functional coordination

- Conduct regular overseas travel and onsite meetings with clients for technical discussions, negotiations, and deal closures

- Build long-term customer relationships and represent the company in international forums/exhibitions

- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, supporting overall business expansion

- Industry Background Required

- Engineering Industry: Compressors, Pumps, Valves, Heat Exchangers, or similar equipment

- Customer focus: Power, Oil & Gas, EPC sectors (India & Europe)
