Role : Sales Manager ( IT Services, Salesforce CRM Implementations and Web Application Development)

Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic person as Sales Manager to acquire new clients in the domains of IT Services, Salesforce CRM Implementations and Web Application Development. The selected person will act as the face of the company and must possess the skills and experience to form and implement an effective Business Development and sales strategy. This position is for International Sales.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing.
- Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Analyse latest market trends and closely track competitors.
- Promote the company's offerings aligning with client's/prospects requirements
- Prepare MIS including - records of sales, revenue, etc.
- Provide thoroughly researched feedback to voice of the market.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and subsequently grow the business by leveraging those relationships.
Work Experience / Educational Qualification & Skills :
- PG / MBA / BE / B.Tech with Min. 5 years in IT Services - Sales with minimum 2-3 years experience into Salesforce services.
- Experience in business development, sales and marketing in International IT Services
- Knowledge of Software Development Terminologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM Software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Market knowledge
- Ability to build rapport
- Proficiency in English Communication and negotiation skills
- Time management and planning skills
