Role: International Sales Manager
Product Portfolio: Critical Care and Maternal & Child Health specialties.
HQ Location: Bangalore preferred; other major cities will be considered
Coverage Area: Emerging Market
This is the Individual Role (IC Role)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Channel Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard commercial partners in the various target geographies, followed by ongoing management of sales and support initiatives.
- Build and oversee a small support team - Product Specialists, Service etc
- Process Management: Set up and enforce commercial processes, as needed
Qualifications Preferred:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in medical devices or healthcare in general
- Experience in a startup or building a business from the group up
- Experience in medical device sales
