To accelerate their growth, they are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to lead outbound sales efforts, build a high-impact SDR team, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a hands-on approach, ensuring strategic execution and measurable business outcomes.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

- As an Inside Sales Manager, you will play a dual role:

- Act as an individual contributor, generating and closing high-value sales opportunities.

- Hire, train, and scale the SDR team, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for managing outbound sales campaigns, refining messaging, and establishing thecompany as the go-to choice for ETL & Reverse ETL in the US MARKET.

- Drive outbound sales efforts - Own prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification, focusing on US based prospects.

- Hire & scale the SDR team - Recruit, train, and manage SDRs to build a high-performing inside sales team in India.

- Lead by example - Be an individual contributor while managing and coaching SDRs.

- Develop & refine sales messaging - Optimize cold call scripts, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach strategies.

- Run competitive takeovers - Position the company against Fivetran, Hevo, Airbyte, and other competitors.

- Pipeline & CRM management - Track and improve conversion rates using tools like HubSpot/Salesforce.

- Conduct discovery calls & demos - Identify customer pain points and showcase the company's unique value.

- Collaborate with marketing - Align outbound efforts with marketing-driven demand generation strategies.

- Monitor sales metrics & optimize processes - Track KPIs, improve outreach efficiency, and drive revenue growth.

Requirements MUST HAVE:

- 5-8 years of EXPERIENCE IN B2B SAAS INSIDE SALES, preferably selling to US & international markets.

- Proven success in outbound sales - Strong track record of exceeding quotas through prospecting.

- Strong leadership experience - Prior experience in hiring, training, and managing SDRs.

- Exceptional communication skills (non-negotiable) - Must be able to articulate complex value propositions clearly, engage prospects effectively, and navigate sales conversations with confidence across multiple touchpoints (phone, email, LinkedIn).

- Hands-on sales execution - Must be comfortable being an individual contributor alongside managerial responsibility.

- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales automation platforms.

- Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Good-to-Have:

- Experience selling against competitors (Fivetran, Hevo, Airbyte, Hightouch, Census).

- Prior experience in ETL, Reverse ETL, or data infrastructure SaaS sales.

- Familiarity with outbound sales automation tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

- Experience setting up outbound sales processes from scratch in a startup environment.

- Understanding of technical sales for data engineering teams.
