About The Role:-

We are looking for a proactive and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer outreach and collaboration strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, building, and managing influencer partnerships that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support customer acquisition goals.

In this role, you'll work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to plan and execute campaigns that align with our brand and business objectives. Prior experience in influencer marketing within fin tech or high-growth start-up environments is preferred, along with a strong understanding of content trends, platform dynamics, and campaign performance metrics.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

- Identify, evaluate, and manage influencer partnerships aligned with brand values and campaign objectives.

- Oversee end-to-end campaign management - from planning and content coordination to execution and performance tracking.

- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize ROI and campaign effectiveness.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, sales, and product teams to align influencer activities with broader marketing initiatives.

- Stay updated on influencer trends, social media platform changes, and compliance with Indian advertising regulations.

- Manage campaign budgets, influencer contracts, and legal agreements.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 8+years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing.

- Proven success in executing influencer campaigns, preferably within the Indian broking space or high-growth start-ups.

- Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels popular with Indian audiences.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Proficiency in using analytics tools to make data-driven marketing decisions.

- Creative mindset with a deep understanding of Indian consumer behavior and content trends.

- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving start-up environment.
