- Drafting reply to letters, notices etc. issued by the department;

- Drafting reply to SCNs, drafting appeals to be filed before various appellate authorities;

- Handling of audits, assessments, summon proceedings conducted by the GST department;

- Representing clients before authorities;

- Drafting opinions after through research;

- Preparing and/or guiding/supervising team members for various GST compliances e.g. periodical returns, annual returns, refund applications etc.;
