Experience: 4-6 Years in HR (Banking/NBFC sector preferred)
Industry Preference: Minimum 1 year experience in Gold Loan-related companies
Qualification: MBA in Human Resources preferred
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage core HR functions within our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance within the Banking or NBFC sector, specifically with experience in Gold Loan companies.
This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a productive and compliant work culture.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level positions, ensuring quality and timely hiring
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback cycles
- Oversee employee engagement programs to boost morale, retention, and productivity
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies
- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions
- Design and implement HR policies aligned with business needs and company values
- Monitor and improve onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and organizational development
- Maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices, documentation, and records for accuracy and compliance
- Promote and maintain a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance, and labor laws
- Proven experience in hiring for banking/NBFC roles, especially in gold loan verticals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficiency in HRMS systems and tools
