Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager with a generalist profile to join our Manufacturing Facility.
- The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates.
4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
5. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
6. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
7. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
8. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
9. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Experience & Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 9 years of experience in Human Resource Management, with a significant portion in the Manufacturing industry.
3. Proven working experience as an HR Manager.
4. People-oriented and results-driven.
5. Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
6. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
7. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
8. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
9. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
10. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
