About the Company:
We are a leading Recruitment Partner for various MNCs and various Industrial Indian Corporates on a Pan India basis for over a decade.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Drive employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
- Liaison with government bodies and legal consultants as needed.
- Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and statutory records.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/IR (MBA/PGDHRM preferred).
- 10+ years in HR within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record in IR and workforce management.
- Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
