We are a leading Recruitment Partner for various MNCs and various Industrial Indian Corporates on a Pan India basis for over a decade.

About the Role:

Manage end-to-end HR operations for a mid-sized manufacturing unit.

Responsibilities

- Handle industrial relations, union negotiations, and grievance redressal.

- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements.

- Drive employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.

- Liaison with government bodies and legal consultants as needed.

- Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and statutory records.

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/IR (MBA/PGDHRM preferred).


- 10+ years in HR within the manufacturing sector.

- Proven track record in IR and workforce management.

- Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.

Required Skills:

- HR operations management.

- Industrial relations expertise.

- Labor law compliance.

- Employee engagement strategies.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in manufacturing sector HR.

- Strong negotiation skills.

- Fluency in multiple languages.
