
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager (Female) with at least 5 years of experience in the IT industry.
- The ideal candidate will lead and manage all human resource functions to support the company's business goals, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and retention.
- Manage employee relations and act as a point of contact for staff queries and concerns.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate selection processes, and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and organize training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
- Maintain HR metrics and generate regular reports to support decision-making.
- Handle exit interviews and manage offboarding processes effectively.
- Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of IT industry workforce trends and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
