What you will be working on:
- Onboarding and orientation for all new employees
- Process all employee changes in HRIS
- Employee offboarding
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, and employment law
- Performs other duties as assigned
What you bring to the role:
- HR and business acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, initiative and team mentality
- Knowledge of HR systems and processes (HRIS) and expertise with Excel
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team setting in a fast-paced environment
- Able to connect with people and meet targeted deadlines
- High integrity, commitment, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
Education Experience:
- University degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience of 3-4 years in a global HR Operations role
- Ability to work independently and as an active, collaborative member of the team
- HR system experience, Workday preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Excellent customer service both internally and externally
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Must be flexible in both tasks and work hours
- Must be proactive and take ownership of tasks given
- High level of confidentiality require
