Key Responsibilities:.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment to attract, select, and onboard top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies and frameworks aligned with organizational culture and compliance standards.
- Manage HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and high-performance workplace.
- Oversee performance management systems to support growth, accountability, and career progression.
- Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, audits, and industry-specific HR requirements within the Export-Import sector.
Candidate Profile:.
- Minimum 5 years in HR; experience in Export-Import, Logistics, or Manufacturing preferred.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- Recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and team management.
- Candidates with prior experience handling HR in Export-Import or international trade environments.
