The HR Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing human resource strategies that support business objectives. This includes talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, policy formulation, learning and development, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with firm's mission, values, and long-term goals.
- Build scalable HR frameworks as the firm grows across geographies and business lines.
- Lead end-to-end talent lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
- Implement and enhance performance management systems and succession planning strategies.
- Design competitive and equitable compensation structures in line with market standards and internal parity.
- Oversee benefits administration, HR compliance, and adherence to labour laws and regulatory requirements.
- Own and manage key HR audits, vendor relationships, and risk mitigation frameworks.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, feedback loops, and well-being programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
- Lead the optimization of HR processes through technology, automation, and analytics.
- Maintain accurate HR data and produce insights for decision-making.

Qualification Required

- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
