- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: HR Manager Lead recruitment efforts: identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, post openings, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
- Build strong talent pipelines and employer branding strategies.
- Oversee workforce planning to ensure the right talent for business growth.
- Performance Management & Development Guide managers through performance appraisals and career development plans.
- Design and implement training programs to support continuous learning.
- Support succession planning and leadership development.
- Employee Engagement & Relations Drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, morale, and retention.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and productive work culture.
- Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Oversee end-to-end payroll processing with complete accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, PT) and administer employee benefits.
- Collaborate with the finance team for payroll reconciliations and tax accuracy.
- HR Policies & Compliance Ensure adherence to labor laws, workplace safety, and diversity standards.
- Maintain updated HR policies and conduct regular compliance audits.
- Safeguard accurate and confidential employee records (physical & digital).
- HR Analytics & Reporting Track key HR metrics such as turnover, payroll costs, and recruitment performance.
- Generate HR reports and insights for leadership decision-making.
- Use data to identify opportunities for improving workforce effectiveness
