About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end Human Resource functions, driving organizational excellence and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. The role demands strong leadership, strategic HR planning, and the ability to build a high-performing culture that supports employee engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning to ensure timely hiring and retention of top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and compliance frameworks in line with industry standards and labor laws.
- Drive Employee Relations and Engagement initiatives to build a motivated and inclusive workforce.
- Oversee Performance Management systems, ensuring fair evaluations, career development, and succession planning.
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and organizational culture.
- Manage Compensation & Benefits structures to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Implement Training & Development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR Operations including payroll, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on people-related matters.
Required Skillsets
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management.
- Excellent knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies to organizational objectives.

- Proficiency in HRMS tools and data-driven HR analytics.
- Ability to handle employee grievances and drive conflict resolution.
