Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Manager to oversee the Human Resources function at our Dehradun location.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and talent management to support business growth and a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Handle statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation in line with labor laws.
- Support and drive employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives.
- Implement HR policies and ensure consistent adherence across the organization.
- Coordinate learning & development programs and training calendars.
- Maintain and analyze HR metrics including attendance, attrition, and productivity data.
- Act as a point of contact for grievance redressal and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with functional heads to ensure HR alignment with business needs.
- Prepare and submit HR reports to management on a regular basis.
Candidate Requirements:
- Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 5-6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Sound knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
