
Position: Manager HR Services
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3 to 5 years (Only candidates expectations within this range will be considered)
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary HR interface at the factory location.
- Manage time, attendance, and leave of absence tracking.
- Handle payroll processing with compliance to statutory norms.
- Oversee workforce administration, HRIS updates, and headcount reporting.
- Support audits, labour law compliance, and documentation.
- Address employee, line manager, and HRBP queries on HR operations and benefits.
Qualifications: MBA/MSW/PG in HR or equivalent, with strong communication skills and hands-on experience n factory HR operations.
