About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR functions in a leading polymer manufacturing company. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and compensation. The ideal candidate will support smooth HR operations and contribute to building a strong people culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive recruitment and onboarding across functions
- Handle employee engagement, grievance redressal, and HR policies
- Lead performance appraisals and development plans
- Organize training programs and skills development
- Ensure statutory compliance and maintain accurate records
- Manage compensation, benefits, and HR MIS/reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA/HR certifications preferred)
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or polymer/plastics industry
- Solid knowledge of labor laws, HR processes, and best practices
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
