Job Description:

- We are looking to hire a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to manage and oversee our HR operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workforce management system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, attendance management, and compliance with company policies.

- Lead and coordinate HR activities for the manufacturing site in Derabassi, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Supervise and support HR teams, providing guidance on employee relations, team coordination, and conflict resolution.

- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate processing of salaries, deductions, and benefits.

- Manage and track employee attendance, implementing and enforcing policies related to timekeeping, leave management, and absenteeism.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll processing, attendance management, and office administration within a manufacturing environment.

- In-depth knowledge of HR software and MS Office Suite.

- Strong understanding of compliance regulations, and industry standards.
