Position: Manager - HR
Job Description:
Business Partnership:
- Partner on org design, workforce planning, and succession planning for critical roles.
Performance Management:
- Facilitate the performance review process and support managers in feedback and development planning.
- Coach managers on performance issues, improvement plans, and corrective action when needed.
Talent Development:
- Work with L&D teams to identify skill gaps and coordinate learning programs.
- Support leadership development initiatives and high-potential talent identification.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
- Collaborate with payroll, compliance, and HR Ops for seamless employee lifecycle processes.
Data & Analytics:
- Monitor HR metrics (attrition, absenteeism, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership
