Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Compensation and Benefits professional to design, implement, and manage effective total rewards programs. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, a strong understanding of market trends, and the ability to align rewards strategies with business goals. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to support talent attraction, motivation, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage compensation structures including salary bands, incentive plans, and bonus schemes.
- Oversee the administration and optimization of employee benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Lead annual compensation cycles including merit increases, promotions, and variable pay.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive positioning.
- Develop and manage job evaluation frameworks and support the creation of standardized job descriptions.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership on pay strategy, equity adjustments, and retention efforts.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policy requirements related to pay and benefits.
- Partner with finance and HRBPs to align reward strategies with budget and organizational goals.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants related to benefits and compensation tools.
- Drive communication and education initiatives around compensation and benefits programs for employees and managers.
Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits.
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices, job evaluation, and benefits administration.
- Experience with salary surveys (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Aon) and benchmarking tools.
- Proficient in Excel, HRIS systems, and compensation platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar).
- Solid understanding of labor laws and compliance issues related to pay and benefits.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), CBP (Certified Benefits Professional), or SHRM-CP/SCP.
- Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
