
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage the human resources functions within our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals to foster a positive and productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Design and administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
- Manage HR documentation, employee records, and HRIS systems.
- Lead initiatives for employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Handle disciplinary procedures and grievance redressal.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's /master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with HRIS and recruitment tools.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead HR projects.
- Good organizational and time management skills
