
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resource Manager to lead our HR function and ensure the alignment of people strategy with business goals. The HR Manager will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and driving a positive workplace culture that supports performance and growth.
- Lead end-to-end hiring, ensuring the attraction of top talent.
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, resolving workplace issues and fostering healthy employee relations.
- Drive goal-setting, appraisal cycles, and performance improvement plans.
- Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to support career growth.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and reward programs to maintain employee satisfaction.
- Build initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
- Monitor HR metrics (attrition, retention, headcount, diversity) and provide insights for leadership decision-making.
