- Demonstrated expertise in Advanced Compensation, Reporting, and Talent Management.
- Strong understanding of Workday security, business processes, condition rules, and integrations.
- Experience in Agile environments with proficiency in using JIRA for project and task management.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelos's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday Configuration & Administration:
- Configure and maintain all core Workday modules, including Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Time & Absence, and Reporting.
Advanced Expertise Areas:
- Bring deep hands-on expertise in Advanced Compensation, Workday Reporting (including calculated fields & dashboards), and Talent Management to drive enhanced functionality and strategic insights.
Agile Execution & System Enhancements:
- Manage enhancements, releases, and new feature rollouts using Agile methodology.
- Track work through JIRA, ensuring sprint goals and timelines are met.
Reporting & Data Integrity:
- Build advanced custom reports and dashboards for HR and leadership.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain system accuracy and data integrity.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to gather requirements and implement scalable, efficient Workday solutions.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current on Workday releases and trends.
- Identify opportunities for automation and improved system usability.
