Key Responsibilities:
- Workday Configuration & Administration : Configure and maintain all core Workday modules, including Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Time & Absence, and Reporting.
- Advanced Expertise Areas: Bring deep hands-on expertise in Advanced Compensation, Workday Reporting (including calculated fields & dashboards), and Talent Management to drive enhanced functionality and strategic insights.
- Agile Execution & System Enhancements: Manage enhancements, releases, and new feature rollouts using Agile methodology. Track work through JIRA, ensuring sprint goals and timelines are met.
- Reporting & Data Integrity: Build advanced custom reports and dashboards for HR and leadership. Conduct regular audits to maintain system accuracy and data integrity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to gather requirements and implement scalable, efficient Workday solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current on Workday releases and trends. Identify opportunities for automation and improved system usability.
Qualifications:
7+ years of hands-on Workday experience across all major modules (HCM, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Reporting).
- Demonstrated expertise in Advanced Compensation, Reporting, and Talent Management.
- Strong understanding of Workday security, business processes, condition rules, and integrations.
- Experience in Agile environments with proficiency in using JIRA for project and task management.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
