What Youll Own:


- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.


- End-to-End Employee Life Cycle Management: Oversee and streamline all employee life cycle processes, including onboarding, employee data management, performance management administration, compensation and benefits administration, HR policy implementation, and offboarding.


- HRMS Automation & Workflow Efficiency: Drive the implementation, optimization, and adoption of HRMS automation tools and workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the employee experience.


- Operational Goal Definition & Tracking: Define and track key operational goals and metrics for the HR operations function, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and driving continuous improvement.


- Daily HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee the smooth execution of daily HR operations, ensuring adherence to internal policies, legal regulations, and compliance requirements through regular audits and process reviews.


- Employee Query Resolution & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations and collaborate effectively with other teams (e.g., Finance, Legal) to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.


- Strategic Alignment: Partner closely with the Human Capital Technology and Talent Management teams to ensure seamless alignment of HR operations with the broader organizational strategy and talent initiatives.


Who Were Looking For:


- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.


- Experience: 79 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 4+ years in a people management role within HR operations.


- Industry Expertise: Proven experience working within the Fintech industry is highly preferred.


- Organizational Acumen: Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, delivery-focused mindset.


- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to effectively manage and influence stakeholders at various levels.


- Workflow Management & Automation Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in workflow management principles and a strong track record of successfully implementing and optimizing HR process automation initiatives.


- HR Principles & Practices: Solid and comprehensive knowledge of core HR principles, policies, practices, and relevant employment laws and regulations.


- Team Player & Proactive Approach: A proactive, self-driven, and collaborative team player with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines with ease
