We're looking for a passionate and experienced HR Generalist Manager to lead and scale human resources practices across our India operations. This is a strategic and hands-on role that covers all aspects of HR-including employee relations, engagement, compliance, HR operations, and talent development. You'll collaborate closely with global HR leadership and business teams to ensure consistency with our values, culture, and compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
- Serve as the senior advisor for complex employee relations issues
- Guide conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures
- Maintain an inclusive, compliant, and respectful workplace culture
- Conduct internal investigations with a focus on fairness and consistency
Employee Engagement:
- Design and execute engagement strategies to improve morale and retention
- Lead employee surveys (e.g., eNPS) and act on feedback
- Manage internal communications, town halls, and culture-building initiatives
- Work with global HRBPs to implement engagement action plans tailored to India
HR Policies & Governance:
- Develop and maintain HR policies aligned with Indian labor laws and global standards
- Train managers and employees on HR policies and ensure compliance
- Proactively monitor policy adherence and escalate deviations
People Analytics:
- Use HRIS and analytics tools to track workforce trends, attrition, engagement, etc.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership teams
- Recommend HR strategies based on data insights
Compliance & Statutory:
- Ensure full compliance with Indian labor regulations (e.g., PF, ESI, POSH, Shops & Establishment, Gratuity)
- Partner with vendors and consultants for statutory filings and labor audits
- Maintain proper documentation and readiness for inspections
