Manager - HR Business Partner - Insurance

We are looking for HRBP role for Mumbai based in Andheri East. Only female candidate can apply who have strong background from Insurance industry.

General Summary:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to oversee recruitment processes and ensure timely talent acquisition aligned with workforce planning needs.

- Plan and finalize budgets for HR activities and operational needs, while monitoring expenses to ensure alignment with approved budgets and optimal resource utilization.

- Connect with employees to address concerns, gather feedback, and foster open communication, building strong relationships to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

- Manage rewards and recognition programs by implementing and improving initiatives that celebrate employee achievements and boost morale.

- Plan and implement employee engagement and wellness initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and foster a positive work environment.

- Conduct data analysis to evaluate HR metrics, identify trends, and measure the success of various programs and initiatives.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong 5+Years experience should be in to HRBP and Recruitments process function
