Job Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new joiners and effective integration into teams.
- Manage all touchpoints of the employee lifecycle, including engagement, development, and exit processes.
Talent Management: Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Work with department leaders to define skill matrices and drive periodic skill assessments to identify talent and design movements via IJP's and business transfers in respective units.
- Work along with the Talent management team to drive various Talent related initiatives.
- Organize and execute employee engagement initiatives at the department level.
- Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct strategic FGD's, one on one connect with employees to understand needs, improve morale, and provide support.
- Design and drive R&R programs across departments to promote a culture of appreciation and motivation.
People Analytics:
- Analyse and interpret Onboarding and Exit - ENPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) data.
- Leverage insights to recommend and implement strategic HR initiatives for continuous improvement.
Performance Management:
- Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) process, including goal setting and rating calibrations.
Job Requirement:
- Master's degree in Human Resources.
- 6-8 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on HR business partnering and organizational development.
- Strong understanding of PMS, employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a problem-solving attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
