Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Alignment:

Talent Management:

- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs.

Employee Relations:

- Addressing employee concerns, managing conflict, and fostering a positive work environment.

Organizational Change:

- Supporting employees through organizational changes, including restructuring and implementing new technologies.

Compliance:

- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as mitigating HR-related risks.

HR Analytics:

- Utilizing data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving HR practices.
