- Third-Party Employee Management: Oversee the end-to-end HR processes for third-party contract employees, ensuring compliance and smooth workforce management.
- Driver Management: Handle recruitment, onboarding, retention, and engagement strategies for drivers, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Contract Employee Administration: Manage contractual agreements, payroll coordination, and compliance for third-party labor.
- Onboarding & Induction: Ensure seamless onboarding for all employees, including documentation, training, and policy familiarization.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce attrition.
- HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies for all logistics staff.
- Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment
