Job Purpose:
To lead and manage all Human Resources and Administrative functions for the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a high-performance culture. This role will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, statutory compliance, general administration, and workplace safety across manufacturing plants
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee talent acquisition for blue-collar and white-collar workforce; develop Aura branding initiatives.
- Design and monitor HR metrics to assess workforce performance, productivity, and engagement.
- Lead organizational development and change management efforts.
- Develop competitive compensation structures, policies, and incentive programs.
- Manage employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary procedures.
- Drive digital transformation and modernization of HR systems and processes.
- Streamline processes for onboarding, employee lifecycle management and managing end to end HR operations
- Oversee employee engagement surveys and initiatives to boost morale, retention, and productivity.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Design and oversee compensation, incentive plans, and benefits administration.
- Benchmark salary structures and HR practices against industry standards.
- Lead HR digitization efforts (HRMS, attendance systems, payroll automation).
Compliance & Statutory:
- Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and industry regulations (e.g., Factories Act, ESI, PF, Shops & Establishments Act).
- Liaise with statutory bodies and government departments for inspections and compliance audits.
- Maintain accurate employee records as per legal requirements.
Administration:
- Oversee general administration, including facility management, housekeeping, maintenance, security, etc.
- Manage company assets, communication, etc.
- Supervise administrative budgets and optimize operational costs.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):
- Promote a culture of workplace safety and ensure adherence to safety norms and environmental policies.
- Implement training programs related to fire safety, first aid, and emergency preparedness.
Culture & Employee Engagement:
- Build a high-trust, high-performance culture.
- Oversee employee engagement surveys and initiatives to boost morale, retention, and productivity.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Postgraduate in Human Resource Management / MBA-HR or equivalent.
- 20+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and industrial relations.
- Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
