Growth Marketing Manager - D2C
Key Responsibilities:
- Build & scale the entire marketing ecosystem from ground up - strategy, execution, tracking.
- Lead performance marketing (PM, Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliates) with strong ROI focus.
- Design & execute large-scale brand campaigns for visibility & positioning.
- Create & implement growth roadmap for D2C/e-commerce (retention, acquisition, funnels).
- Take full ownership of budgets - planning, allocating, and optimizing spends effectively.
- Manage digital presence across platforms (social, website, influencer, content).
- Build, hire, and mentor a high-performing marketing team over time.
- Establish key brand narratives & positioning in the wellness and lifestyle space.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics & growth levers.
Candidate Fit:
- 8-12 years in D2C marketing, with proven experience scaling a consumer brand.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing (PM/Meta) with large ad spends.
- Clear brand-building vision along with a sharp growth/ROI mindset.
- Experience setting up marketing systems/processes from scratch.
- Strong leadership skills - ability to manage teams & agencies.
